its sticky and distracts the class. Its the primary cause of many hair accidents which results to weird hair cuts. When I was still in Form 3 somewhere early in the year – I brought a whole packet of Wrigley’s to school and refused to share it with anyone *kiasu me*. I forgot to spit it out in science class and Pn Chan so happened to be my science teacher (mind you- the demerit system was not introduced at that time). Said Pn Chan in the middle on class
“Sabrina Chan, spit the gum on your hand and keep it there until class is over”
It was an 80-minute class.
2. Bring to school only what is needed
My longest lasting bag was say, 6 months? I had this thing for always changing school bags. Don’t get me wrong, none of them were new. *stolen goods from the closet*. My current school bag is probably my favorite among all. Its small and it has something to do with saving the environment- so I feel good when I use It.-Like I’m doing the world a favor. *aha
3. Be in proper conduct at all times.
Though 99% of the student body fails to abide by this rule, it has always been pressed on by Datin Munjit who would read random sections of the school’s rules and regulations book in the morning assembly. Heck, we still do love her because acording to Sharon, her son is a real hottie.
4. Earrings can only be black, silver or gold.
I don’t see the point of this rule- I really don’t. So what if we wear bright pink or neon blue earring? What, you blind the teachers ah? =)
5. No swearing
I really don’t see where this certain rule is going. How would you even know if a student is swearing lah? It’s not like we have enough cash to surround the entire school with little mikes. Heck, we don’t even have enough funds to refurnish our wooden chairs and tables. But there is a certain society in school that is excluded from this rule. Which one you ask?
6. Always wear your name tag
This rule- I understand. With the student body count to over a thousand, it’s no surprise that teachers always get mixed up with our names. If lets say you forget to bring your name tag, the school provides you a rectangular piece of paper for 50 cents. There was one time, a Disclosed friend of mine wrote “SUPER HOT CHICK” on the paper and paraded it around school – kena nicely form Pn Chan.
7. Only white school shoes are allowed.
I mean, what if your school shoe gets dirty lah? Some time back last year, I got my school shoe soaked with rain water so I had to fake a toe injury the next day in school. I got Andrea. K to tag along with me. We used cotton wool and red wine- genius us =)
8. No changing your hair color, body parts and eyebrows.
Body parts being-no Botox or plastic surgery or ADDING TONS OF FAT TO YOUR LIPS (Owh fine, I’ll admit my certain dislike towards her-I HATE YOU)
I died my hair red once and the teachers HATED me- it was my funnest school year.
9. No cellphones
There was another time when my Form 3 class played pass the cell phone. The teacher found out anyway- mati kau kau . I can believe that my high school year is coming to an end so soon. It’s as if it passes in a blink of an eye. Cliche, I know but that's how it seems. To all who are still students- cherish it! It ends too fast. LIVE life

Definitely the top 2 things I would miss most about school.
I guess it’s time for me to have an all emotional post about how great my friends are. It seems to be a cliché for every form 5 girl at the moment. Ah heck, I’ll just get sucked into the stereotype for today.
Why? Wanna fight ah?
LIYANA and ANTERAH
My gothic-turned-innocent friends. These are the girls who opened the door to the Malay world to me. They taught me worlds like “maplek” and “taaaadok”. Many Malay friends were made through them. You can take me to the bolling alley in Jaya Jusco and I can name you at least like 3 Malay dudes! - yes famous me in Malay Land.

Like i know gossip about every one of you.. so ya lah.. thanks for sharing.. ANd thanks for all laughters shared although practically everyday normal day we have perang dingings.
for putting up with my constant screams and mood swings. You guys are the bomb! Without You guys.. i would seriously be nothing. The effort you guys put into cheer is like CRAZZZZAAY. I've never been so proud of any other person in my whole life. You guys are trully AH-MAZING
Who always shows up for our miny meetings in the canteen after school. Japhia competes with me with our "exotic pets" and she helps me wash my house floor whenever she comes over to my place. One of my favourites form 2's la. Owh and she says the stuppidest things like
"The man is dead and the fan is off!"
owh btw, the pik above is just to gte on her nerves. =)
Fellow FORM 3 ORIOLE classmates
The form 3 year in MGS was the best year ever. We were so crazy close. Like one big family. The memories shared among us are like countless. From Mr Wong's Zip, to The handphone stunt, to Pn Chan teaching us about reproduction , to Our monitor and ass. monitors constant fightings, to Ee Pengs breat enlargement methods, to Krish leaving her bag and uniform in school, to azian's guitar solos, to the best pesta ria ever, to naming our future kids.
WE'RE family like forever
Anyways, introducing MGS's arrrrssseehole association. Yes, thats what we call ourselves. Why arseholes you ask? Because thats what Pn. Helena's daughter calls us. She prctically shouts it out and we find it SOOOOO HILARIOUS.SHE HATES US SOO MUCH THAT IT'S ACCTUALLY FUNNY. so yeah.. us :

At least not all the time =)
The SPM countdown,0 lovely comments ✿
I shall not put in thy blog,
For everyone has blogged about it
And I feel like a log
My pathetic attempt in rhyming didn’t go as I planned
So, SPM is coming way too soon. But at this moment, I’m wishing to get it over with ASAP. My papers carry on for 5 weeks. (That’s more than a month!). On the first 2 weeks, my papers would be on alternate days and the following 2 weeks I’ll be FREE. Then I’ll have 2 more subjects to sit for and it will be FREEDOM!
So we had to arrange our own tables for the exam. It’s a wonder why Singaporeans are called the kiasu ones. We used a long plank of wood and raffia string- the low grade quality ones *I felt so poor* The whole process was stupid la. It’s like the school can afford a new playground for us (seriously, like the ones you find in polo ground) and you can’t get afford to hire some people to arrange furniture? Pn Murizan was like
“Saya tak tahu apa saya buat”
Then we adjourned to the open hall to have THE LONGEST taklimat *sorry, I forgot the English word* ever by the most CHEONG HEI teacher. I present you-
Pn Lim *cheng cheng cheng*
I tell you, listening to her is like worse then getting a Mexican wax and I have prove. The hall as she was speaking: So I’ll be gone now. Just for the record, SEJARAH IS STUPID.
SPM!!!just had the hari penghargaan thing in school. Its just 70% of the form 5 student body taking certs on stage. Was fun, you get to bring your cameras *wide grin*
anyways. pics will be later. On another time when i'm not curi2 on9ling.
owh.. a part of a post from a cheerleaders blog
3. I spotted this unique looking worm so I caught it with a plastic container and have it as a pet. I was too lazy to poke holes in it so I just left it on a shelf outside with a leaf. I continued to feed it the second day then I forgot about it. After like 4 days, it died. It is so cool that it could live for 4 days without oxygen. ha ha! (I did not name it)
great cheerleader in making =)
n.Lim is stupid

" Eh, why don't you fall down and i'll take a picture of you!"
The island looked "Paradise-y" from far, but after the hard climb.. turned out to be rather botak. *as in no tree's lah*. Then we went to the pool. They had this kids club there. Rather tempting. I realise that i don't use full sentences in my blog. Ah heck, as long as i understand me lah. Owh and there was also this mini jacuzzi which was filled with kids. I guess they were attracted to the bubbles la. Says Joel:
"DO you think those are really bubbles, or the kids are all just farting at once?"
Then we all got cleaned up and went for the night service at Tabernacle of Praise. The worship there is one of the most entertaining worship sessions i have ever been to. The worship leader , who take in mind is 40++++, memang semangat giler. Matt named him Rod Steward- nuff' said. Julie Khoo preached. As always- she was greatamazingsupercrazyfunnyloudWOOT!. We had this group prayer thing after the sermon- the 2 invited teams- then we had a group photo for TOP's newsletter*chehwah*After the great service we went for supper at MCcallister Road since we skipped dinner to hang at the beach. Was crazy late by the time we reached and 70% of the shops were closed. Was in the mood for the egg with fried lala thing but the shop selling it was out of lala so the vendor suggested prawns. There was this sign put up by the vendor stating the prices and the prawns were priced at RM8,12,16.
Joel "Eh. Sabrina, i think the prawns are pricey lah"
Me "OMG ya! They are 8thousand 12 hundred and 16 ringgit"
Yes, i have my blond moments in Penang as well. The Joel went on a laughing spree after coming to this shop. See--
Joel explains " Its like their making fun of themselves"
says Extremely nice Sue Li "Maybe the vendors name is Wimpy lah!"
Got back to the hotel really late. Had a short practice at the ballroom only to be sounded by the ballroom-guy-dude. Then adjourned to the guys room for briefing for the next day.Owh Btw, at the lift waiting area of the floor we were staying in, there was this BIG BIG mirror that we all took HUGE ADVANTAGE OF on both days Woke up the next day at 6.40am. All of us were lack of sleep but God provided all the way. Had breakfast and loads of coffee. Sue Li accompanied me for a morning stroll along the beach where we debated on the sea water level and crabs *being the animal*. The view was heavenly. Then we went to the ballroom to have a sound check and another practice. Had loads of mini chit-chat sessions with the TOP's ppl. The song leader of the day before came up to Joel and I.
"Eh, I saw the 2 of you laughing at me yesterday ah"
aiyo, we tensed up and gave him an ultra lame come back. BTw, the church took VERY good care of us. They fed us like hungry pigs- Janna missed out on all the food *oops i mean fun. So the service started with a spontaneous warm up session. Then there was the EVER famous Banana Dance. I mean if you don't know the Banana Dance, you must have been sleeping under a rock for the past ten years. The we hit straight to worship. 8 songs in a row- UNBELIEVABLE. By the 2nd song i was crazy tired, but then again God provided. It felt great doing something for Him. There was a sense of accomplishment. A very hard to express feeling. It felt great. I would not mind doing it all over again. The kids were awesome. Total sweethearts.
Then Aunt Juliet gave the word. Very different style of approach. But, it's the word lah! We took the opportunity to snap some shots. There was this time where Aunt Juliet put up a poster of this men dressed up in like old time clothes who was supposed to be Jesus and she asked the kids "Who is this?" and there was this boy that answered
"PETERPAN!!!"And the GAMES! WAHAHAHAHAHAAH. I LOVE GAMES. The kids LOVED the games. It was like soooo crazy fun. We got the kids running around. And well- that's all they really did lah. But fun and tiring. It sucked all energy from us. We needed to refuel with jelly and coke after that.
Then check out and went for lunch with the church ppl. I like penang food. There is this 'hawkerness to it.
All in all, a great trip la. The whole team was greatly blessed.Nah bagi you random pics. Enjoy.
