This is a continued post about my time with KO Skincare Specialist.
My first post included 5 surprising skin mistakes that you could be making during your skin care regime. Read about it here.
My second post was a review of the three products below. Read about it here.
4.Ko Dermacare Vitality Purifying Essence I 30ml RM120
Image from www.sabrinatajudin.com
It was recommended for me to use Ko Dermacare Vitality Purifying Essence I on areas that was giving me trouble
My nose kinda looked like a strawberry.
I mean, ew right?
I tried my luck out with Ko Dermacare Vitality Purifying Essence I .
After about a month, I noticed that extracting blackheads was way easier as they seemed to 'pop' out on its on with minimal force.
This is what it looks like after a month and a half of using the Ko Dermacare Vitality Purifying Essence I .
Btw, that's Iskandar next to me. I contemplated cropping him out of the picture but that wouldn't be very nice. Now please draw your attention back to my nose.
The things I do to prove a point.
I was very happy with the result of using Ko Dermacare Vitality Purifying Essence I .
I would use it on my entire face if I could , but the bottle only has 30ml. Hard pain a bit to use it all on one go.

5. KO Dermaceutical Perfect C Serum 23 40ml RM280
I have to say that I really enjoyed using the KO Dermaceutical Perfect C Serum 23.
The product is an antioxidant that is meant to lighten the skin tone, refine opened pores and boosts collagen production, eventually firming your skin to its former glory.
The texture of the product was a little denser than water, had no color and smell. It felt very light and effortless on the skin. Most importantly, it felt super moisturizing. I did not feel like I was wearing anything at all after applying on the KO Dermaceutical Perfect C Serum 23.
Because I liked the product so much, and it really felt like it was moisturizing my face, I wore it two times daily - during both my day and night routine. I guess that's why it was my first product that I finished (which would explain why I have no pictures of it. Sorry ! #TooExcited #FailBlogger)

6. KO Dermaceutical Perfect Block Plus Skin Perfecting Cream with SPF 80 PA+++ 30g RM380
So this product has been long hyped about. Bloggers and beauty gurus were talking about how it acted as a moisturizer, foundation and sun block all in one, so I was quiet excited to try it.
The KO Dermaceutical Perfect Block Plus Skin Perfecting Cream with SPF 80 PA+++ is a multi-functional cream. It provides a flawless yet natural coverage and protects your skin from UV damage at the same time. It is enriched with antioxidants to rejuvenate your skin, reduces pigmentation, and smoothens out wrinkles while controlling sebum production.
Okay, now for the verdict,
This was honestly my least favorite product of the KO range prescribed to me. Don't get me wrong, it sure did live up to what it claimed to do, but I think it was over hyped.
The product had a thick consistency and once it was spread on the skin, it felt kinda cake-y.
As a sunblock I said it did the job because my skin definitely felt "shielded".
As a foundation, well, it did tint my skin and even out my skin tone but there are better foundations out there.
As a moisturizer I would say it is so-so.
The product isn't exactly bad. I would say it is for people that are on the go and need a three in one product to cut their beauty routine short.
Also, people like me who have very obvious breakouts can't rely on the product on its own to be used as foundation as it doesn't cover up obvious scars.
However at the end of the day. the main function of the product was as a Sun Block, so I would say it lived up to ts purpose.

This brings an end to my time with KO Skincare Specialist.
I'm extremely thankful to be given the opportunity to try their products.
Thanks for having me :)
I would recommend KO Dermacare Purifying Cleansing Gel to just about anyone and I believe I will continue purchasing it after mine is finished ( I reviewed it here)
What I enjoyed about the KO Skincare range was that most of their products seemed effortless and was extremely light to the skin. If you read through all 3 series of my reviews, you notice I use the word "refreshed", "rejuvenated",and "light" a lot. I enjoyed that there was a product out there that was not putting too much chemicals on my skin and that felt natural to use.
